Here you can find answers to some frequently asked questions about various aspects of REPS Pakistan, we’ll be adding to the list as we go along.

REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) are an independent public Register which recognizes the qualifications and expertise of health-enhancing exercise instructors in Pakistan.

CPD (Continuing Professional Development) is the mechanism that REPS uses to ensure its members are remaining up to date. Members need to gain on average 10 CPD points per year and these can be gained by attending courses and conferences, completing online questions and exams, and completing assessed courses and qualifications.

A CPD point roughly equates to one hour of work so between 3 and 8 points per day (6-8 points are only provided if the learning is assessed). CPD is not designed to be onerous or expensive – for example a one day REPS Convention provides 3 CPD points and REPS offers free CPD tests through their website.

It cost Rs 14999/- per year to be a member of REPS Pakistan and Rs 24999/- if pay directly for two years.

REPS Pakistan is a not for profit organization, membership fee are put back in to running of

Register.

  • Has meet nationally and internationally agreed occupational standards
  • Holds recognized and approved qualification
  • Is independently verified as being competent in the workplace
